Peter Stoyko
Peter Stoyko is an interdisciplinary social-scientist and information designer with 30 years of experience in the public, private, and academic sectors. Peter currently works for the Government of Canada, where he is a design lead on projects related to service design and data systems. Since 2012, Peter operates SystemViz (www.systemviz.com), a research-and-design project that explores better ways of visualizing systems. Information design interests include iconography, interactive “enlivened media,” semantic ontology engineering, information-graphic design, and graphical notations. Research interests include systems, systemic design, service design, culture, public governance, and data science. Peter is based in Ottawa, Canada.
